Step 2: Manually rearrange the pages of the pdf file into the right order for a booklet. (The booklet needs to be 4 pages, 8 pages, 12 pages, 16 pages etc.) You can do this in Preview with the ‘Insert – Blank Page’ (Found in the Edit menu.) Insert blank pages into the pdf.
